About Jo

Jo's passion is to empower women and men to write their stories. To reveal what’s important to each of us with heart and creativity. She specializes in memoirs— to leave a legacy for publication or for family, and books to support your business. Jo creates an atmosphere where writers feel free to be themselves and have fun writing. She loves helping you write your own story or writing it for you, as your ghostwriter. 

Jo’s been a writer for many publications including The Hollywood Reporter. She is co-author of the screenplay, 'The Ring," novelized by Doubleday, and released in hardcover internationally. She was a featured poet on CBC Radio celebrating Emily Dickinson and sparring with Billy Collins. She offers private and group coaching. A proud mother of a daughter and a darling new grandson, Jo was a singer with the California Philharmonic Chorus and loves to read, play piano, watch movies, write, and entertain the Bandit, the cat.
